Sussex County government offices will open two hours late Friday, March 6, 2015, due to road conditions folllowing the latest winter storm.

Many roads throughtout the county remain snow-covered, but passable, this Friday morning. Crews from the Delaware Department of Transportation worked through the overnight hours, and will continue today, to clear roads of snow and ice.

Motorists are encouraged to slow down and allow extra stopping distance if traveling.
