Winner for Best Airport in 2019 is... Singapore Airport! Two consecutive years winning the gold prize. Second and third place is for Brisbane and Zurich, respectively. Zurich and Istanbul managed to stay on the list, but each went down one ranking. On the other side, Munich and London improved compared to last year ranking; Munich went up one place and London, three standings.

Five of the best airports are based in Europe and four in Asia. New airports that made the cut this year are Brisbane, Stockholm, Bangkok, Hamburg, and Tel Aviv. If you are staying long enough at the airport, it's important to choose one that satisfies your needs. This ranking can give you an idea to which airport you should visit when traveling to one of these countries either for their friendly staff, clean amenities, dining and shopping options, well organization, or easy access.

The first place in this category is for Singapore Airport for its rich cuisine. For the third consecutive year, the Zurich Airport is in the top 3 for its restaurants. This year, the airport of Munich in Germany made it to the list. A good plate of food and an extensive variety of restaurants is well received by passengers when they have to wait for a flight or when arriving from one.
