Creative Science Activities for Kids – Mom’s Library

Mom’s Library

It is time for Mom’s Library again. So far we have shared several creative learning activity ideas:
Creative Alphabet Learning Activities
Creative pattern practice ideas
Creative artistic activities
Creative sight word activities

Today we are going to see some creative science activities.

I love combining science and art in learning.  Here is a fun way to learn drawing butterfly and butterfly science at the same time.

What I am most impressed is this liver model made out of toilet paper rolls, yarn, and paper towel. It is simply amazing!

Sweet Potato “ooey gooey” Goop – kids will love it just by listening to the name of the activity.  Parents of young kids just have to check it out.

The result of this Lemon and Lime experiment actually surprised me, and this will be explain why most time Lime is little juicier.

Have you seen green pennies? Do you know how to make a penny green?  Try the green penny experiment.

Thank you all for sharing.  I really enjoyed reading all your posts.  Now that fall is here, I have already seen a lot fall activities.  Do you have any candy themed learning activities? I would love to be able to do something good with candy other than sugar intake.   Creative Kids Science Activities
