Londoners have been testing their knowledge with the hit board game Taxi! - created by an Edinburgh cabbie - playing taxi drivers and showing they know the city like the back of their hands.
Now, the company behind it, Esdevium Games, have announced they’re releasing Glasgow, Edinburgh and New York City versions, available from mid-September.
The game contains 600 local history and general knowledge questions - and the more you know, the better the tips you earn when your fare ends.
Land on one of the ‘Sound Off’ squares and you get to mouth off like an ever-opinionated cabbie, mentioning as many key words as you can to increase your takings.
The winner is the player who earns the most during their shift in a Monopoly-alike premise - so if you’re good with the gab and talking your way to a good tip then you’ll probably enjoy a game around the family table come Christmas time.
