Four Friends Kitchen Brings Non-Stop Brunch to Stapleton

Four Friends Kitchen opened its doors this week for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, Westword reported. Owners Kurt and Sarah Pletcher and Genefer and Tim Thornton set high goals for themselves when they bought land and started building their own space rather than occupying an existing one.

As Stapleton residents, they took note of the absence of an early hours eatery and tapped into that need with this breakfast and lunch spot. The menu has Southern inspiration from Genefer's grandmother and is curated by chef Larry Shore. Among the lunch recommendations are the pimento-cheese burger; shrimp and grits; chicken and waffle sandwich, and green-chile chicken cobbler. Four Friends Kitchen features a full bar and Stapleton's first roof-top patio. The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, serving brunch the whole time.
