Denver's GoBistro Will Open First Grab-n-Go Shop

If you don't want it delivered, you will now be able to pick up your healthy meal at a central location.

Founded in 2013, GoBistro has been delivering healthy food to Denver gyms and offices for people on the run. The mission of the small, family-owned business: to make fresh, healthy, ready-to-go meals featuring international flavors. All meals are made to order and low in sodium and sugar with options like gluten-free and vegan being offered.

The healthy food delivery service will open its first retail shop this spring, in Denver's new Metlo development off 11th and Broadway. The complex also houses brand new coffee shop Amethyst Coffee and fresh pressed juice spot Pressed Juice Daily.
