Man drove drunk to station, police say LOUDONVILLE — Andrew Heeney, 22, of Watervliet, was charged Feb. 28 at State Police Troop G Headquarters in Loudonville with driving while intoxicated. He drove to the station to pick up his older brother, who was in police custody. Christopher Heeney, 24, also of Watervliet, had been pulled over at approximately 2:30 a.m. on I-787 the same morning for traffic violations, and was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated. Both brothers were issued court appearance tickets and were released to a sober passenger in Andrew’s vehicle. Saratoga Springs Police Department Police reported: o Kayla A. Krakat, 19, of 48 Franklin St., was charged at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday at her residence with third-degree assault, a class-A misdemeanor. o Michelle M. Malinowski, 44, of 20 Adams St., was charged at 11:21 p.m. Tuesday at 232 Broadway with disorderly conduct, a violation. — By Patrick H. Donges
