A fabulous romantic suspense, thriller and adventure. Quite long and a reissue of an older book. There are lots of steamy sex scenes, all set in the hot and muggy South American jungle. There's mud, insects, snakes, wild animals, many bad men, blood and gore, terrorists and a gripping and intense story. My only complaint was a few annoying typos. It's a good idea to read Zak's story (Hush) first, to understand the brothers' background and the reason behind Sin/Gideon's injury. It's not necessary to this plot though, as this book stands alone and doesn't mention events that happen in the previous book . 4.5 stars. ❤

Best-selling author Cherry Adair is back with her latest T-FLAC novel and we the reader finally get resolution about the events at the end of Hush. Yes we really do find out what happened to Gideon Stark and were he has been.

From the first page the action starts and before you know it you are on a fast moving ride that is absolutely relentless. Make sure you have your LockOut suits on and hold on for a bumpy ride.

Of course it's a T-FLAC novel and a Cherry Adair book, so there's lots of running, shooting, bad guys, monkey sex, more running, shooting and monkey sex. Fans would be disappointed if there wasn't.

Oh and let’s not forget the sexy as sin kick ass operatives. Cue the swoon.

I’m not going to be a spoiler wench here and give anything away. This is a book you definitely need to read without spoilers. Read it as a stand-alone or read it after devouring Hush, either way you will be glad you read it.

This book proves why this author is at the top of her field. Once you’ve read T-FLAC you will be hooked. I have been for a long time.

Gideon is a must read for all Cherry Adair fans, plain and simple.

This book has everything, romance ,suspense and lots of action and needs to be read to find out what happens can't give too much away

I have waited most impatiently for GIDEON'S release! Cherry Adair has clearly outdone herself!!

I really know better than starting a book at 11p at night, especially, a new book that I have been waiting on since I put down Hush!! However, I started it, and I just couldn't put it down. I pulled a book all-nighter in the name of Gideon and Reva! This story was the epitome of romance, suspense, hot sex, and touching vulnerability! I was drawn into their story, as surely as if I were right there with them. You don't want to miss this story. We all need to check out sometimes and bury ourselves in someone else's story. There is no place I would rather be than buried nose deep in GIDEON.

I was both overjoyed and devastated to read the last word.

If you are all set to sit down, relax, have a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a good book, then again turn to Cherry Adair and her T-FLAC group. Gideon is full of suspense and intrigue with the reader never knowing from one page to the other where you are going. During the journey you will find of romance, some paranormal happenings and some heart wrenching scenes of Gideon trying to find his way "again." Cherry Adair has never disappointed me in her books and she has proven again what "Best Selling Author" means when said behind a name. Well done, Cherry, well done!

Another fabulous read from Cherry Adair! It feels like I have been waiting in suspense forever to finally know what happened to Gideon. Cherry does not dissapoint in the 2nd Lodestone book. Action and adventure from page 1. The descriptions in the book made it easy for me to feel like I was right there with Gideon and Riva. This is definitely a book you won't won't to take a break reading from so make sure you have no plans when you start it :)

Gideon is the second book in the Lodestone (Stark Brothers) series. Gideon 'Gid' Stark and his brother Zakary 'Zak' Stark are the genius brothers behind the multi-billion dollar search engine ZAG. Wealthy, good-looking, and charismatic, they are adventurous playboys, who travel the world BASE jumping and doing all kinds of daredevil stuff. That all stopped in Venezuela. Down there to BASE jump Angel Falls, Gid and Zak are kidnapped. Kidnapped, marched through the jungle, held for ransom, they escape. Then Gid is killed as Zak rescues him. Leaving his body behind, Zak goes to retrieve the body the next day....but the scavengers in the jungle have beaten him to it. There is no body to be found. Yes, the two legged scavengers. Gid was taken from the Venezuelan jungle, barely alive, and sold to a guerilla organization in Cosio, called the ANLF. Not remembering his former life, he is Sin Diaz, son of the deceased El Jefe of the ANLF. Riva Rimaldi, an operative for T-FLAC, is on her way to Cosio to infiltrate the organization of the opposing team, led by Escobar Maza. When her helicopter crashes into the jungle, and she falls into the hands of Sin Diaz, the action begins. Sin and Riva have an immediate chemisty, but she is hiding her true mission from him, and he is trying to get the information from her. One interesting thing about Riva is she is psychic, and sees the helicopter crash before it happens. But Riva never sees visions from her own perspective, just that of other people around her. The book is filled with action, adventure, despotic megalomaniacs who want power, bombs, and gun battles. The plot twist, when it comes, is totally unexpected. The book is well written, fast paced, and has some tasteful sex scenes. Not over the top, just very suggestive. More action/adventure than anything, this is Ms. Adair back at best. I would recommend that you read Hush, the first Stark Brother Lodestone book. There are several other Lodestone books available, but Hush started it all. Very good read, highly suspenseful.

Cheri Adair..wow what an awesome book. This was the first book of her's that I've read but it won't be my last. Riva Rimaldi is a strong physic open sent to kill Escobar Maza. Bummer her plane gets shot down and she knows before it happens. Me..that alone would make me want to pee my pants.but not Riva. After the crash her real journey begins. She is taken captive by Sin Diaz or is he Sin? Even he doesn't really know but suspects he is someone different. It is a wonderful fast past romp in the jungle figuring out who is who. The sex was as hot and steamy as the settings were. At one point I broke my reading glasses and yes this book is so good I got tape and taped them to my head so I could finish reading it. I too felt the ending was a little rushed but get that way when I realise I am almost done and don't want the story to end. Cherry Adair...Awesome book. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
