Footage appears to show Boris Nemtsov shortly before murder – video

Video from a web camera operated by TVC, a station controlled by the Moscow municipal authority, that it says shows Nemtsov and his girlfriend shortly before the killing. The station has superimposed its own time code on the footage and circled figures that it says are Nemtsov and the woman walking across the bridge on a rainy night. A vehicle that TVC says is a snow plough moves slowly behind the couple and obscures the view of the shooting. TVC then circles who it says is the suspected killer jumping into a passing car. The authenticity of the video has not been independently confirmed
