Reporter Uses Frozen Towel to Prove Depth of Winter Chill

Angelica Spanos, a reporter for Hartford, Conn. FOX affiliate WTIC, came up with a new idea to show how cold it is.

Spanos poured water on a towel and let it freeze. Two hours later, she used it as a terry cloth tambourine before karate chopping it.
