AmpleHarvest.org Home/Community Gardener Survey for the 2018 Growing Season

AmpleHarvest.org* is gathering information to determine how much excess food America's home and community gardeners grew last year (2018), and to evaluate the impact gardeners like you can have in reducing food loss and improving the health and well being of your community.

If you are a home or community gardener anywhere in the USA, we would appreciate it you would take a few minutes to fill out this short survey. We know your time is valuable so we kept this short. Filling in this form should take about 5 minutes.

The overall survey results (but no individual responses) will be made public. If you provide your email address at the end, a copy will be sent directly to you.

Any questions or issues can be sent to info@AmpleHarvest.org.

Important Note:  **Food programs across America have varied names such as food pantry, food bank, food shelf, food cupboard, food closet, summer feeding program, a shelter, etc.  For the sake of simplicity, we are using the term "food pantry" to as a generic term for *any* local program that help feed hungry families.**

* AmpleHarvest.org is a nationwide 501c3 non-profit that is fighting food waste and hunger. We connect gardeners with local food pantries so that excess garden produce can be donated.  We maintain a free, search engine of food pantries, soup kitchens and other food distribution agencies in all 50 states. Visit http://www.AmpleHarvest.org to learn more.

Thank you very much.

ps... if you decide not to do or finish this survey, please email info@AmpleHarvest.org and let us know why.  We *really* appreciate your help.

Thank you.
