Last month, Haselden topped out the Limon K-12 school. The $22.5 million project, designed by design-build partner klipp, a division of gkk works, will bring two stories of new classrooms to the school, as well as support and administration areas, providing room for growth with space for 600 students.

"This project is a great addition to our education community and will provide the students with a learning atmosphere where they will thrive," stated Limon Town Manager David Stone. "Haselden is doing an outstanding job and I have been immensely impressed with their professionalism."  

The community, staff, and students are looking forward to the building addition (85,228 SF) and site improvements. Included in the addition are new classrooms, library, cafeteria/commons, kitchen, and administration area. The site improvements will provide a bus loop, parent drop-off, parking areas, hard and soft play areas, playgrounds, landscaping, site lighting, signage, and fencing.
