Peak View Roofing

Had a great experience with these folks. Due to hail damage in Aug 2018, I needed roof repair. They were out to estimate the damage quickly, gave a great price for the repair, and were out within a week to repair the damage. The guy who did the estimate was friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff were friendly and quick to help/respond. Great operation. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Cons: I can't think of any. If I really needed to name one, I found a single nail in my yard afterwards.

Just an awful company who has their employees post fake reviews, that hides deceitful tactics to get insurance to pay more yet provide less in quality, so do not be fooled, make sure to do your due diligence.

Horrible service, communication and complete lack of professionalism! I truly wish that I could give negative stars! We called for a quote to fix our roof back in April 2019, we were given a quote and hired them. It took a couple of weeks for them to come out unfortunately the only day they had open was the day we were home they said no problem we will ring the doorbell to let guys know we're here and when we complete the job. The day came he rang the doorbell but then went to his truck, finally got out took the ladder off his truck, went to the roof than returned to his truck and left! A total of 15 minutes at our house then sent us a message later that afternoon saying the work was completed!! We knew for a fact that the $450 dollars worth of work never got done! When we called and talk to the office we were told he was a fast worker but they would come out and finish. Well days turned to weeks to months then out of the blue on a Sunday afternoon someone showed to "fix" some stuff. No email, text or phone call! We asked for an invoice we're absolutely done with this company we didn't even know if the work had been done but we were done! Again after many times asking for one and never getting a response we gave up! Fast forward to January 2020 we received a NOT so pleasant call from this company stating we are extremely pass due and needed to pay immediately! We were very confused as we explained to the lady what had happened she offered to to some research. We were then informed that the person we had been dealing with was very shady and had been doing some bad stuff like charging people to much for the work and we weren't the only ones complaining and he was no longer employed at the company. We were told she would send another person out to 1- see if the work had been completed and 2- see if what we were charged was correct. Obviously he had to work because no surprise it wasn't finished, he knocked $50. Again we waited for a invoice however we were rudely informed that we signed a paper stating that when work was completed payment was due and if we didn't pay that day it was going to collections. Needless to say we didn't pay them we waited till we received an actual invoice, they charged us a late fee of $25 and continued to tell us they were sending it to collections. They are very rude and unpleasant to deal with! Use at your own risk!

I contacted Peak View Roofing after seeing somebody else post about it on Facebook. I wound up working with Mike Turley, who provided excellent service in addressing our hail damaged roof. Despite some having issues obtaining some materials, (there was a run on Skylights due to the incredible hail damage), the work was done in a timely and very professional fashion. In addition they also replaced our gutters and again we were very satisfied with the work! Thank you Mike Turley and thank you Peak View roofing!

I had a good experience and got a quality job, roof and gutters. Mike and Rob made themselves available from start to finish. They did a good job keeping me informed. Good to work with. It did take a while to get on their schedule, but given all the damaged roofs from the hail we had last summer it was understandable. I would recommend them.

I'm having lots of trouble getting the job done. I signed with Peak View because they are a local company. That doesn't seem to make any difference in service. My roof, followed by gutters, was to have been done the first week in Oct. The 2nd week of Oct., I called and was told the job had been passed to a crew and I would receive a call soon. Around the end of Oct., my neighbor's, who signed a contract with Peak View after I did, roof was done. I found out they had called several times. I think I am being bumped because I don't make a lot of noise. Then their gutters were done. I made some noise and my roof was done the first week of Nov. I must say, the roof is beautiful. The crew did a great job. Now I am working on the gutters. Today will be 4th discussion with them about when the gutters will be done. Wish me luck.

Warning! Do not use this company. Terrible customer service, and they never keep you in the loop with what is going on. Called the company to get two estimates, one for a whole new roof and one for a needed repair. After receiving the two prices I scheduled the repair. Company showed up very quickly thinking they were doing the entire roof and not a simple repair. After this misunderstanding the company never got back to me to schedule the repair. After multiple phone calls on my part and none on theirs someone finally shows up to do the repair. The worker ran out of day light and said he would return the next day. Another week passed and still no worker but all of his supplies were left in my yard. Again I had to follow up with the company to find out what was going on. It wasn't for another week that the job was finally completed and this again was without any follow up or notification, I had to call the company again to get answers. If you need a new roof they are quick to collect $1000's and are on time, if you need a simple repair find another company.
