My name’s Rebecca Minadeo and I’m the VP of Operations for our team in the Midwest. I’ve worked in the court reporting business for over fifteen years and began my career at Veritext when the agency I was working for joined Veritext in 2011. Like so many of our staff at Veritext, I’ve seen what working for small and large agencies looks like and I really try to create a culture that is the best of both worlds for our reporters. At the end of the day, this business is about respect, relationships and growing together. When I’m not finding ways to make Veritext even more awesome for reporters, I’m spending time with my husband and three children, usually playing various sports!
