Product and Training Developments
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new e-learning licensed user training programmefor our ILM72psychometric, which measures leadership style and effectiveness. The programme has been designed in modular format and covers the background to the measure, understanding and interpreting the scales as well as administration and feedback delivery. Recent Events
Just after our last newsletter was published our CEO ran a workshop on Mental Toughness - the concept and the MTQPlus assessment - for the Psychometric Forum. The members of the forum are those with a special interest in the understanding and application of psychometric measures.
Doug commented after the event "It proved to be one of the most stimulating (and challenging) events that I have participated in.The packed audience, many of whom were expert in psychometrics, were at all times inquisitive, questioning and interested .... and at times gently provocative. The group approached the session with good humour which made it an enjoyable experience for all ... especially me. They were very appreciative of my offering."
Last month our CEO Doug Strycharczyk was in the UAE to support and speak at a number of events. In partnership with Al Tafaouq Al Elmi he co-delivered a MTQ Licensed user training programme with our associate Maya Mattar
He also took part in the panel at the ICF UAE Chapter's 'Future Trends in Coaching' spring event in Dubai. Exploring future trends in coaching. There was an excellent turnout and an engaging panel discussion with fellow experts.
To round off this month, Doug ran an interactive workshop at the Association of Business Mentors Conference in London. The session was a lively and interactive one. Mentors attending were introduced to the new MTQ Plus model and measure in which there has been great interest
And Finally ...
As may of you will be aware the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) come into force on May 25th. AQR has been working hard over recent months updating all our systems and processes to ensure we are compliant. We will be sending out communications to all our partners, customers and subscribers over the next few weeks to advise on changes to our assessment platform and other communication and data storage processes
