Fleming I "THE AUTOMOBILE STORE" FROHSWFT'S PRODUCE REVIEW The week showed some increase in the crceam delivered. Prices re mained generally unchanged. There is a good demand for butter, both for storage and current use. It is thought that the duty of 6 cents a pound on butter will restrict impor tations to some , extent. Market quotations do not, in all cases, re present the selling price of butter, because only a small percentage of the arrivals from centralized cream eries will grade standards, and under scoring butter is sold at a discount. Quality, of butter manufactured could be improved if more attention was given to the care and handling of the cream on the part of the pro ducers, and if the cream produced was marketed more frequently. It is important, if cream 'is to bring top prices, thit it be clean, warm eream should never be mixed with cold cream. The higher temperature through out the producing sections is affect ing the quality of eggs marketed, al though there has been little change in the market quotations. To se cure the highest prices, eggs should be gathered daily, kept in a cool place and marketed frequently. It should be remembered that roosters are not necessary for egg production, that infertile eggs, pro duced during the summer months, have better qualities and result in better prices. A larger volume of poultry was marketed during the week, resulting in slightly lower prices. ' The supply of young chickens is increasing and bringing good prices. CHRISTIAN CHURCH C. E. Rostoi'sr. AUTOMOBILES REDUCE STREET CAR TRAFFIC That it is only a question of time when traction lines become so un productive that they will be com pelled to discontinue business unless fares are greatly increased, is the Statement of the Ottumwa (Iowa) Courrier in a rceent editorial. Ihe paper says: "The business of conducting street car lines is becoming more and more difficult through natural development of highways and natural increase in the use of automobiles. Millions of fares which used to be paid to trac tion lines, both urban and interurban are lost now, because millions of people travel ih automobiles. This is the permanent problem which trac tion interests must face; it will re main if or when the problems of labor and material costs are settled, No course of study in economics to required .to acquaint any observer with the reasons for reduced street car and interurban traffic. Communities must have - traction lines. But general experiences with " municipally owned utility planrs argues against general application of the method when it can be avoid ed. If a private corporation cannot make ends meet in the traction business, it is no propitious time faf a municipal corporation to try its hand. CHURCH OF GOD Sunday School 9:30 a. m. Rheumatism Relief--25c. Nature's Remedy NR Tablets), Are Helping Thousands Who Tried Ex pensive Things Without Result. It's Cusranteed. There are three vital processes of human existence, the digestion of food, the extraction of nourishment from It and the elimination of waste. Poor digestion and assimilation ' means failure to derive full nourish ment from food and that In turn often , means Impoverished blood, weakness, anemia, etc. Poor elimination means an accumulation of waste matter which poisons the body, lowers vitality, decreases the power of resistance to disease and leads to the development of many serious Ills. Rheumatism, due to some Inter ference with the process of elimina tion, failure to get rid of certain body poisons, cannot be expected to yield to any medicine that fails to correct the condition responsible for it. Could any reasonable person expect to rid himself of rheumatic pain as long as rheumatic poison is allowed to remain in the body. Think of this. It explains the suc cess of Natures Remedy (NR Tablets) In so many cases where other medicines have failed. Thousands are using NR Tablets every day and get ting relief.
