Among Key West’s most expensive homes for sale is this lush property in the historic district asking $6.25 million and comprised of four buildings totaling 3,440 square feet of living space.

There’s a main house with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a coral stone wall in the main living area, and Southeast Asian teak flooring throughout. Then there’s a one-bed, one-bath guest house with an art studio, a meditation structure, and a poolside pavilion with a chef’s kitchen and living/dining areas, all engulfed by lush gardens.

Within the gardens lives a variety of bamboo, orchids, red ginger, a ylang ylang tree, various palms, and more.

This unique home at 908 Fleming Street was built in the 1930s with the property last selling for $3.6 million in 2006.
