Brewers expect Boone Logan to be out 6 weeks; Wade Miley out 2-4 weeks

As feared when the injury was first announced, Brewers left-handed reliever Boone Logan will miss a significant portion of the start of the season with his triceps strain.

The length of the injury and the lack of other left-handed relief options means Oliver Drake and his reverse-split-inducing splitter will likely make the Opening Day roster, while a better quality arm (with options remaining) like Taylor Williams gets sent down.

While Miley is expected to be out a shorter amount of time, the fact he'll need to build his arm strength back up with a couple of rehab starts likely means he'll miss at least the first month of the season, if not more.
