Chill your cocktail glasses in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar.

  • 1/4 cup water.

  • 2 mango cheeks, peeled and chilled.

  • 60ml vodka.

  • 30ml white rum.

  • 30ml peach liqueur.

  • 30ml mango liqueur.

  • 2 cups ice cubes.

Method

  1. Bring the sugar and water to the boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Cool.

    Place 60ml of the sugar syrup in a blender with the remaining ingredients and whiz. Pour into the frosted glasses.
