BRANDON, Fla. — Buy a vintage Iron Maiden concert T-shirt at the Echo Boutique and you can help feed a lot of people in need.

That’s the sweet, stylish concept behind this new thrifter’s paradise, which sells designer and vintage clothing — all donated — to help support bay area families in need.

The Echo Boutique is an offshoot of Echo of Brandon, the nonprofit that supports families with food, clothing and life-stabilizing resources.

Along with concert tees, Echo Boutique has dresses, jewelry and more.

“Last year Echo helped 15,000 families,” says boutique manager Annmarie Macaluso. “For every $10 we sell at this boutique, it feeds a family of five.”

The Echo Boutique also sells bracelets, purses and more from its Echo Handmade line, which takes “upcycled” donations and reimagines them in fashionable ways.

The handmade line is created by the very same people Echo is helping.
