Someone else is living this insanity besides me!
I was google surfing this morning when I came across this podcast and listened to the Cicely Tyson episode. All I could think was “oh my god it’s not just me!” Thank you for bringing some levity to what is a challenging time.

This is the best, and very much needed
I was already a big fan of Leighann Lord and her comedy. After coming across her podcast and hearing her story of the surprise role reversal of children and parents, I instantly started crying because I was never able to fully articulate how and what I was feeling from my own similar story. Thank you Ms. Lord, first for the jokes and now for the podcast and letting me know that I am not alone in being a caregiver for my mom.
