Jehovah's Witnesses are known for their tolerance of Child Sexual Abuse among their members.  We call for an investigation similar to the recent inquiry conducted by the Royal Commission of Australia, which began with the discovery of over 1,000 unreported sexual predators, who have been attending their religious and recreational gatherings since the 1950's. www.childabuseroyalcommission.gov.au  We need to examine this problem in the United States and call for apologies, compensation and punitive reparations for the many thousands of victims here.  Changes in their policies for reporting sexual predators to the authorities and reliable Child Safe-Guarding policies must be implemented by the Jehovah's Witnesses to comply with the investigation findings.  Only Federal and State legislators can adequately investigate and have these changes implemented.

The Watchtower Society's Governing Body has published in their literature that these are all "apostate-driven lies" and that former Jehovah's Witnesses are "mentally-diseased" and disgruntled EX-JWs. In reality, our impassioned activism, our anger, is fueled by compassion and a sense of justice. We are angry because we see terrible harm and pain caused by this cult and we are deeply motivated to stop it.
