GCED Welcomes New Project Management/Communications Coordinator

lopment is proud to announce the and welcome Kayla Bruns as the organization’s new Project Management/Communications Coordinator. Bruns will be responsible for economic development, chamber, and tourism related communications strategies emanating from GCED. In addition, she will be working with as the organization lead on a number of projects, events, and initiatives, including the expansion of “YP-Grimes” program, which serves young professionals in the Grimes area.
Bruns is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where she studied Leisure, Youth & Human Services, Public Relations, and received a certificate in tourism.
