I received an email about entering my tax information & SSN. The problem is I don't reside in the U.S., and when I opened my account I was studying in the U.S. as an exchange student under a student visa, so I can receive payments from family members abroad. I've tried reaching for Paypal twice through email but receive no response so I came here to ask what I can do here.
Your best bet to find a solution here would be to contact our customer service so they can explore your options. You should be able to file some paperwork to exempt you from US taxation, but you'll most likely need some assistance sorting that out.
