The worst thing we can do when we feel bad about our work is ignore it. The slow burnout. The steady disconnection from meaningful labor. Feeling helpless in a big organization.
It's hard to confront what's bothering us. Tough to dig down into why we feel wronged, because then we might need to make a change.
But nothing good ever comes of bottling your discontent. Tends to explode later down the line. ("Mad as hell" syndrome - don't let it happen to you.)
