About In The House

With more than 23,000 individual members reaching over 85% of Fortune 500 legal departments, In The House is the fastest growing private network for in-house counsel. In The House is an exclusive community for in-house legal professionals, founded by visionary Chris Colvin in 2011. After many years as a practicing attorney, Chris founded In The House after observing first-hand that in-house counsel were often isolated from their in-house peers at other companies. Chris believed in-house counsel would benefit from a forum that would make it easier for them to connect, network, and share best practices with their peers. Today, In The House provides its members with career development tools, law department best practices and the opportunity to develop strategic relationships with other in-house counsel.

In The House recently assembled a world-class advisory board of Fortune 500 GCs and other in-house thought leaders and a professional management team with over 100 years of leadership experience in the fields of legal media, technology, and events.
