WE NEED YOU to STROLL!!!
NAC has been asked to stroll this Thursday evening at Glencliff Elementary please see the email received below making this request.
My name Arreao Barlow (Shea), and I am a third grade teacher at Glencliff Elementary School. I am also a sponsor of our school's step team. On December 18 at 6:00 at Glencliff Elementary School, our girls will have their first presentation for their parents, faculty, and staff. We are also trying to make a dream come true for cancer patient, Ali Long.
Ali Long has been fighting cancer since she was a young child, and now at 19 the doctors have told her she doesn't have much longer. One of her wishes is to attend a step show. I do understand this isn't a true step show, but it would give her somewhat of an experience. I am emailing you all to see if you could come out on December 18 to support this effort. We are asking you all to wear letters and stroll at the end of the performance. If you all can help us with this, please email and let me know. I look forward to hearing from you, and thank you in advance for your help!
Tyjuanna Phillips is trying to organize a group of sorors to make this wish come true so if you are interested in strolling at the end of the performance please email her at Tyjuana23@gmail.com. Tyljuanna needs to have your response by 5 pm on Wednesday in order to let Soror Barlow know if this will happen or not. If it does you are asked to wear some type of Delta shirt and black pants or dark jeans and arrive no later than 5:45pm. Since we were asked please let’s try to make one of this girl’s wishes come true.
