Festival Wheel
The Ferris Wheel is always an attraction!

The agricultural area team works with the Ag Area Director who is responsible to the Board and coordinates, manages, and supervises the Agricultural Area of the Stafford County Agricultural Fair & Hartwood Days Festival. This critically important team ensures that leads are obtained (or act as a lead) to run individual competitions and shows. They will coordinate marketing for the Ag Area, as well as ensure that logistical needs (water, hay, etc) are coordinated and obtained (donations, sponsorships, etc). They will work with the different shows to ensure that judges, sanctions, Awards, space, volunteers, etc. etc. are planned for and available for the execution of that competition. They will also coordinate interesting and educational exhibits and demonstrations in booths in the Ag Area and the use of the show rings. This long term volunteer position can provide a lot of satisfaction to an individual wanting to give back to the community, educate youth, and work with agriculture/animals!
