This mainly seems to involve laying flat on her back in a salon while a manicured lady runs a hot machine over her to just melt the fat away. Though where it actually goes is up for debate. Possibly Croydon.
But as this is The Only Way is Essex and not 10 Years Younger, it's relationships that take centre stage and so a blistering bust-up is on the cards.
Jess and Ricky implode as Jess learns that Ricky has been messaging another girl on Twitter and after an explosive argument erupts between the pair, could this mean the end is night for TOWIE's longest-serving couple?
