Seven Wrigleyville bars not charging cover during the World Series

Being a Chicago Cubs fan is getting expensive. We've bought new shirts to carry us through October and we've been out drinking a lot more than we would during a normal season. It's no surprise that bars are getting crowded, what with the whole city jumping on the bandwagon, so we checked in with Wrigleyville bars to confirm which ones will be airing the rest of the series without charging a cover. While some locations have are charging hundreds of dollars for the privilege of watching TV in proximity to the home of the Cubs, none of these bars are taking reservations and most require a minimum group size for a table. Still, if you must watch the game in the heart of Wrigleyville, this is probably the closest you'll get to the Friendly Confines without forking over three month's rent. (Update: We've added to the list here.)

1. Murphy’s Bleachers

2. Vines on Clark

3. The Irish Oak

4. Johnny O’Hagans

5. Roadhouse 66 Gas N' Grill

6. The Bar Celona

7. Sports Corner
