Fact: San Francisco Giants ace Madison Bumgarner has as many home runs this season (two) as Jacoby Ellsbury. Fact: MadBum has as many home runs over the last two seasons (seven) as Denard Span. Fact: MadBum has as many home runs over the last three seasons (11) as Carlos Ruiz. The bad news is, Bumgarner’s manager, Bruce Bochy, apparently thinks winning is more important than letting MadBum appear in the Home Run Derby. The good news is, I’m assuming the manager is fine with at least letting this man star in his own edition of Trivia Tuesday -- the Mighty MadBum at the Bat version.
