New Delhi: Delhi Police is going to distribute pepper spray to female journalists and city girls who had been given self-defence training, on the second anniversary Tuesday of the brutal gang-rape and murder of trainee physiotherapist, a police official said.
The pepper spray will be distributed Tuesday by Police Commissioner BS Bassi at the police headquarters in central Delhi, an officer told IANS on the condition of anonymity.
Bassi will also brief the media around 10 am.
