Family and children law caseworker

Our busy family and children law department is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team of caseworkers. You will assist our solicitors with the preparation of their cases. The work involves public and private law children cases, relationship breakdown, financial settlements and domestic violence. 

This position is suitable for a graduate looking to embark on a full time career in family law. In addition we welcome applicants studying GDL or LPC part time. Alternatively, you may already be established elsewhere and looking for a new challenge. This position may lead to a training contract after a minimum period of 12 months satisfactory service.

You must have a good academic record (a minimum 2:1 degree).  Previous experience or knowledge of family or children work is desirable, although, not essential.
