Burlington County Couple Indicted For Forcing Teen To Take Drugs, Work As Prostitute

MOUNT HOLLY N.J. (CBS) --  A Burlington County couple has been indicted on charges they force-fed a 17-year-old girl drugs and pimped her for sex with men in South Jersey motels.

The New Jersey attorney general's office says 28-year-old Adria Regn, of Mount Holly, and her boyfriend, 19-year-old Christopher White of Eastampton, were indicted by a grand jury on prostitution, human trafficking, child pornography and related charges.

Elie Honig, of the Attorney General's Office, says this sordid saga began last October.

"She was told she was being hired as a babysitter and next thing you know they are prostituting her out and they kept control of this woman through force," he said. "They threatened to beat her, gave her narcotics."

Honig says the couple took nude photos of the girl which they posted to a website advertising her services as an escort.

Investigators say the pair forced her to have sex with as many as five men a day at various Burlington County motels during a 10-day-period last October before she escaped after the couple fell asleep in one of the rooms.

Regn and White were arrested in May by Mount Holly Police and the case was turned over to state attorney general.
