By submitting this form, you hereby represent that you have the legal right and any and all permissions necessary to submit the video to be featured on the Top Plays show and that, with the exception of any Rogue Company game elements incorporated in your video (which as between you and Hi-Rez remain exclusively owned by Hi-Rez), your video is your original work and does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity. You hereby grant to Hi-Rez a worldwide, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), transferable, perpetual, and royalty-free right and license to reproduce, repost, alter, duplicate, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, transmit, exhibit, promote, publicly display, and otherwise use your video, in whole or in part, in any media in the Top Plays show. You further hereby grant to Hi-Rez a worldwide, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), transferable, perpetual, and royalty-free right and license to use your player name and any other name, likeness, voice, or other similar items involving name and likeness rights incorporated into your video to attribute authorship for the video and for Hi-Rez's use in the Top Play show.
