He joined PECS in 2009 as the principal consultant in the salary survey and remuneration practice and is currently responsible for the African Expatriate and In-country Local Remuneration and Benefits Survey. Lionel is familiar with most local job evaluation systems and has 15 year's experience in remuneration consulting, salary review exercises and pay-line development.
