Been using FTT global for 6 years with absolutely no issues, money transferred in hours sometimes, amazing.
I challenged my own bank to transfer my money from my main UK acc to my acc in ROI, which they own by the way....up to 5 working days.

Enough said.

A1, very good rates, extremely good customer service support. I have been regularly exchanging foreign currency through FTT Global for over three years now. Most of my sales are in US dollars.
I cannot state enough quite how good customer service is with FTT Global. They are polite, professional, prompt, dynamic and reliable. Absolutely delighted with the service they provide.

GBP-EUR, Germany.As FTT did NOT use SEPA, I was charged a fee for receiving my last transaction. ( this can be up to €10)
Until they implement this system I cannot recommend them.
Thus said they have always been reliable and competent in the past.
I await changes....
24 hrs later.. Ftt have assured me future payments will be made using the SEPA method and have donated my bank charges.. what more can I say!

This is an amazing company. I use them regularly and have never had any cause for complaint. They are efficient and incredibly flexible in the way they work and in what they can offer. The hook line for this company should be 'Just ask.' Every time I have asked anything they have been able to accommodate. Always lovely people to talk to and very professional.

What an excellent service. Even after making some mistakes, Ftt Global rectified it for me and sent the money into my foreign bank account. I have been using this service for over 15 yrs and never had any problems. Having struggled with other FX companies over transfer information,it was refreshing to have my phone call answered promptly. Sophia was ever so personable and understanding with all my questions. As IT immigrant the website was easy to manage. Highly recommend FTT to anyone particular to the those who like a real person at the other end of the line. Don't be afraid of asking basic questions!

Good exchange rates. However, no where near the savings that they claim. Better than the bank, though, and no hidden bank charges when the money arrives in the UK. Very good personal service; prompt replies to queries. Human and considerate.

Simple, quick and easy to set up everything from their website.
Much better conversion rates than my bank - probably half the cost, which is a huge saving to me.
No problems at all after 20 odd USD to GBP conversions.
An efficient service.

Site is very user friendly. The instructions are very easy to follow and one gets the transaction done quickly without hassle. Very professional people who answered my calls promptly and were very professional.
All in all...safe, reliable and it is clearly run by people who know their business extremely well. Most important of all, the fx exchange rate with FTT Global was definitely worthwhile compared to banks.

I've been using FTT Global for several years now and I would recommend them to anyone. You get a good exchange rate and if you have any problems, the staff are always helpful and friendly and have always sorted everything out quickly and with no fuss.

The service is great, although didn't need to speak to anyone as I have an existing account.

The rates are better than I could find anywhere else.

At my end at least, the website is a bit clunky especially 'secure my rate' and onwards. Might be worth a redesign once logged in.

Otherwise all good, have recommended to people already having used FTT for the past 6 years.

Swift and easy to use experience and service. Once you know the steps it becomes like second nature.
1 - better rate than my bank for international payments
2 - quicker, so same day where my bank is 2 days
3 - 1/3 the price of my bank for the same service if below the threshold and free if above it. Meaning I save at least £50 per transaction compared to my bank.
4 - great service and support in terms of setup, support and guidance. All people available by phone and no long waiting queues.
Great all round. Thoroughly recommend it.

Regular user for € to fund account in Spain - so easy to use, no hassle, just seamless delivery. Turnaround and delivery of payment overseas very prompt. Rates extremely fair/competitive especially with no fees. Very happy with the service, highly recommended.

I'm in the habit of using FTT for my transfers, but this time I decided to check the rates of some of it's competitors as my transfer was quite large. After much agressive marketing hassle from the other companies, the FTT rate still couldn't be beaten. Thanks FTT!

I have used FTT Global for a number of years and have always been impressed with the quality of the online service they offer - Good rates, speed of execution and an easy website to navigate. If only all things in life could be this simple.

I used the service twice for payments into different countries and the serivce was quite good. The payments are done in 2-3 days. The service also provides good Exchange rate and minimum charges. Would recommend the service to everyone.

Suggestion: It would be more helpful, if the service makes swift copy available after the payment is transferred to the beneficiary account, which will make the payment more faster
