Great idea to combine a great book with a relaxing beverage or sweet treat! May I suggest another book? The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn’t, by Stanford U. Professor Robert I. Sutton. Anyone put off by the title should get over it. This is great commentary on organizational culture and let’s face it, when you’ve worked for one or with one you know no other term hits the mark better than asshole. This is a fast and enjoyable read and it’s practical, useful, and highly amusing.
