Report: Toys R Us to close nearly 200 stores nationwide

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) - A popular toy store chain announced Tuesday it is closing nearly 200 locations across the country.

USA Today reports Toys R Us will shut down up to 182 stores nationwide as part of the company's bankruptcy reorganization plans.

The company says it will try to shrink its number of locations by about 20 percent.

According to USA Today, going-out-of-business sales are expected to begin in February.
