Milner Welcomes Phil Todd as Global Director of Custom Research

Phil Todd has joined our team as Global Director of Custom Research.  Phil is an acknowledged expert in research-based consulting and joins us from the Economist Intelligence Unit, where he was Global Director, Custom Research.

Having worked for companies including Analysys Mason, Phil has over 25 years’ experience in market insight and strategy in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sectors.  He has designed and managed major projects for clients around the world.  Studies have included market entry analysis, market due diligence, segmentation and quantification, B2B and B2C product development studies, service strategies and workshops, as well as broader areas covering market trend analysis and horizon scanning, which makes Phil an excellent fit for Milner.

As Global Director of Custom Research, Phil will work closely with clients on qualitative and quantitative assignments to help understand the dynamics of the markets in which they operate, identifying competitor strategies and forecasting future market behaviour to deliver clear market insights and actionable strategic recommendations.
