PMQs: Reckless heckled in his first question as UKIP MP

Mark Reckless faced a noisy House of Commons as he put his first question to the prime minister since his election as a UKIP MP.

He claimed to have been grateful for David Cameron spending so much time in Rochester and Strood when he asked about services at Medway Hospital.

But Mr Cameron said he did not understand why the former Tory had joined a party that did not believe in the NHS and wanted to break it up.
