**Live Updates** Brown Family Calls For Riots; Church Burnt, Man Dead

We now know that just before Monday night’s riots, Michael Brown’s stepfather screamed “Burn this bitch down!” to a mob as Brown’s mother stood silently by. The end result was utter chaos. More than a dozen businesses were looted and set on fire, a 20 year-old man is dead, and the Brown Family’s own church was burnt to the ground. 

The mainstream media is reporting none of this.

Monday night the American Left looted and burned in Ferguson, Missouri. Tuesday morning the same American Media that stoked that violence is now licking wounds received with the revelation that the American criminal justice system runs on facts and science, and not Don Lemon’s feelings. Here’s how a bitterly disappointed media behaved the day after.

4:29 pm – New York Times Publishes Name of Street Darren Wilson Lives On 

Breitbart News will not link the story or give out the specific information, but the New York Times had no qualms whatsoever about publishing almost all the information needed for Officer Darren Wilson’s enemies to track him and his wife down at home:

Officer Wilson and [his wife] own a home together on XXXXXXX Lane in XXXXXXXXXX, Mo., a St. Louis suburb about a half-hour drive from Ferguson.

This malicious move by the New York Times has not gone unnoticed by Ferguson’s protesters:

But printing his street name in the nation’s most influential newspaper on the day the grand jury is expected to hand up a decision on the indictment could reignite interest in — and awareness of — the location, and some critics worry that it could result in protesters descending on his home. Slate even went a step further than the Times, publishing an article featuring a photo of the modest, red-brick house on Monday.

A number of Twitter users — some of whom have identified themselves as planning to protest the grand jury decision — have tweeted the location of Wilson’s home as they gear up for rallies. The house number was not printed in the Times, but the street in the St. Louis suburb of Crestwood where it sits is only about two blocks long, and the house number can be easily located via online sources using only the street name and Wilson’s name.

The media is evil.

The media hates to lose, and when they do lose they tend to get even more shrill and stupid and desperate. There’s really no other way to explain the latest from Ezra Klein’s Vox.com:

I don’t know if Wilson’s testimony was all cynical strategy, used to amplify his innocence and play upon jurors’ innate biases to exploit the loosey-goosey law that governs police use of force. I don’t know if it is what he truly believed happened, or even if it happened exactly as he described. In this magical, mystical world, anything is possible.

I do know this, though: the “giant negro” trope isn’t just a relic buried in the New York Times’ dusty archives. It’s alive and well, and Michael Brown is not.

As I mentioned belowr, Vox.com does not want its readers to know that black witnesses back up Officer Wilson’s account of what happened. Rather than Voxsplain that inconvenient fact, the left-wing outlet chooses instead to claim that Wilson is using coded language to describe the man the media called a “Gentle Giant” as a not-so-Gentle Giant.

Video has been found of Michael Brown’s stepfather screaming orders to a Ferguson mob last night:”Burn this bitch down!,” he’s heard screaming repeatedly as Brown’s distraught mother stands silently by.

CNN’s Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper fell all over themselves to downplay the damning video and ensure it doesn’t become a major news story: 

The mother and the father all along have called for calm murmer-murmer-murmer the family attorney today said the comments were inappropriate murmer-murmer-murmer no one should condemn the mother murmer -murmer-murmer the family called for a moment of silence yesterday murmer-murmer-murmer the family says it’s time to move on past the stepfather’s comments.

Then Cooper and Lemon then did what they were told and moved on — you know, just like they would had a Tea Partier screamed “Burn this bitch down!” just before a terrible riot started. 

Democrats sure got it good.

12:32 pm – Baltimore Sun Blasts CNN: Was Jeff Zucker Watching His Own Network?

The Baltimore Sun’s David Zurawik eviscerates CNN’s decision to put left-wing political operative Van Jones on the ground in Ferguson. Zurawik correctly notes that without knowing anywhere near all the facts, Jones was furiously spinning, not reporting.

At 10:23 p.m. (ET) as the violence seriously escalated, Jones cut in on Lemon with, “I just want to say… it’s that same thing again: You have a small number of knuckleheads who are out here causing the problems.”

How could Jones possibly know that being essentially in one location on the street?

As subsequent events quickly revealed, the former Obama green-jobs adviser didn’t know it. He wasn’t even close.

The question was: What was Jones, a CNN political analyst from the canceled “Crossfire” show, doing out there on the street in Ferguson in the first place when the need could not have been greater for real, honest, experienced reporters – something CNN has more of than anyone else in TV news?

Jones was so far out of his depth and so far off in his assessment of the actual situation all night that you had to wonder if CNN President Jeff Zucker, or any of his executives, were actually watching the coverage.

CNN had no political counterpart to Van Jones in the area.

12:13 pm – The Crucial Word Missing from Ezra Klein’s Dishonest Attack On Darren Wilson’s Credibility

Ezra Klein wrote a lengthy Voxsplainer Tuesday titled, “Officer Darren Wilson’s story is unbelievable. Literally.” and assails the credibility of Wilson’s grand jury testimony. To protect himself from litigation, Klein writes, “I am saying that the events, as he describes them, are simply bizarre. His story is difficult to believe.” But Klein’s thrust is clear: Wilson is a liar and no rational person would find his story credible. 

Klein, a notorious liar-through-omission, isn’t interested in conveying the truth to his readers. He’s sewing seeds of social chaos because that’s how Leftists grab power. We know this because Klein lies to his readers through his omission of one very important word: WITNESSES.

Klein never once tells readers that multiple witnesses, including black witnesses, corroborated Wilson’s testimony. 

See below: CNN is doing the same thing. 

To keep the violence and racial division alive, the MSM is hiding the fact that black witnesses corroborate Wilson’s testimony. That is the most crucial and compelling fact of this case, and the media doesn’t want the public to know it. 

These wicked, deceitful people are Bond villains come to life.

11:49 am – CNN Now Trashing Ferguson Cops For Not Being Aggressive Enough

Over the summer CNN led the charge against the Ferguson police for “overreacting” in the face of the Michael Brown riots. Today, in the wake of last night’s destruction, CNN’s morning co-anchors John Berman and Michaela Pereira seemed to blame the cops for the riots more than the savages who did the actual damage. 

Pereira said, “Community leaders voiced frustration the police didn’t do more to protect those businesses.” She then asked her correspondent in the field if the police chief told the truth when he said an attempt was made to get to those locations. 

Berman added, “There were people remarking that maybe the cops weren’;t there protecting the buildings but they didn’t light the match.”

No matter what the facts are, CNN’s Narrative has to be to attack the cops. And yet, we all know that had the cops done what was necessary to stop the savages, CNN would be vilifying them for that — even if those dozen businesses had been saved.

11:07 am – WaPo’s Ferguson Reporter Tells Critic To ‘Whitesplain’ It 

Using his verified Twitter account, Wesley Lowery, the precious snowflake of a reporter who made the riots in Ferguson all about him after he was arrested for 16 minutes, is now tweeting out justifications for the riots in Ferguson. 

What’s at fault, according to Lowery, is not evil people trashing a predominantly black working class community; what’s at fault is not an evil media that spent months ginning up rioters using selective facts and half-truths. No according to Lowery,  what’s at fault is “systemic issues and injustices.”

owner’s liquor store couldn’t control themselves. Same with all those criminals who paid tribute to a dead man by upgrading their stereo system for the price of a brick.

Other than Officer Darren Wilson, the victims of the media and the rioters (a distinction without a difference) are the innocent and predominantly black residents of Ferguson. 

9:57 am – Slate Blasts CNN’s ‘Egocentric’ Ferguson Coverage

If you watched CNN in the immediate wake of the grand jury announcement last night, two things crossed your mind. The first was your fear for CNN’s anchors in the field and the production crews following them. Teargas, gunfire, arson and looting broke out all around them. It looked hairy as hell. One CNN reporter was hit in the head with a rock!

The second thing is that the reporting looked more like a reality show than actual reporting. It was a CNN reality show with CNN anchors putting themselves at great personal risk so they could talk about putting themselves at great personal risk. Slate noticed the same thing:

[CNN’s] images were powerful and important. Unfortunately, though, they were not all that informative, because the live shots were accompanied with on-air reporting from the ground that was occasionally contradictory, often confusing, and, whenever possible, self-referential. It’s true that, as has been the case since the protests over Michael Brown’s killing started, reporters did become part of the story at certain points. Early on Tuesday, CNN reporter Sara Sidner appeared to be hit with a rock live on the air. But aside from that one incident, there was little that justified CNN’s egocentric coverage. …

In their stead were a half-dozen CNN reporters wandering the streets, recounting what was personally happening to them and their colleagues. Among the many exchanges between the CNN contributors was Van Jones and Don Lemon talking about the latter’s gas mask not being on tight enough, and reporters warning other reporters to stay safe. Jake Tapper, clad in a CNN jacket, narrated as he walked toward a flaming trashcan to confirm that it was, in fact, a flaming trashcan. Earlier in the night, Lemon delivered this gem to the audience at home: “Obviously there is the smell of marijuana in the air as well.”

9:19 am – In the Obvious Hope of Keeping the Violence Going, CNN Hides Two Crucial Facts

CNN is desperate to keep their black vs. white Narrative alive and to keep the violence going. 

How else to explain why CNN is creating a He Said/They Said narrative that pits Darren Wilson’s testimony against the eyewitnesses who claim a gentle giant was shot down by a racist cop in cold blood, in broad daylight, in the middle of a street located in a predominantly black neighborhood. 

What CNN doesn’t want its viewers to know is that a number of black witnesses back up Wilson’s testimony that Michael Brown charged him in the street. 

CNN also isn’t telling its audience that the prosecutor who oversaw the grand jury is a Democrat. 

9:06 am – What CNN’s Alisyn Camerota Doesn’t Understand About Facial Injuries

Earlier this morning CNN’s Alisyn Camerota openly questioned just how injured Darren Wilson really was. She found it odd that photos taken of Wilson right after the altercation didn’t show him bleeding. 

In reality, it’s not odd at all. During a boxing match fighters are sometimes punched in the face hundreds of times over 12 rounds without spurting blood. Bruising takes hours to reveal themselves. The photos show Wilson with a swollen face. This is perfectly consistent with Wilson’s version of events. 

This is just another example of the mindless speculation taking place in the elite media to protect a Narrative that fell completely apart with the grand jury verdict. 

Naturally, this kind of conspiracy-mongering also gins up the rioters against the predominantly black working class suffering through all of this in Ferguson. 

9:00 am – CNN Analyst Declares Darren Wilson’s Testimony ‘Fanciful’

CNN legal analyst called Darren Wilson’s grand jury testimony “fanciful,” but had no evidence to back up that claim. Van Jones then said Wilson’s testimony wouldn’t hold up in Hollywood. Hostin and Jones then attacked the prosecutor as corrupt and dishonest. Again, none of this conjecture is backed up by any analysis or or evidence. 

This is CNN stoking violence and more riots. Jeff Zucker didn’t get his verdict so he wants his horrific video of black businesses being burnt to the ground. 

Back in the studio, Alisyn Camerota declared Wilson’s testimony cartoonish.

8:43 am – CNN’s Don Lemon Blames Riots on Political Correctness

CNN’s Don Lemon, of all people, is upset that political correctness allowed the riots to happen. Too much sensitivity, he says, too much concern over offending someone. Van Jones argued with him, “The vast majority of people were trying to be peaceful.” Lemon pushed back, “That’s not true. That’s not true. The social bloggers and videographers were the people looting and burning down buildings.”

Lemon, of course, doesn’t have the moral courage to blame his profession and network for fomenting violence through the furthering of a false black victim vs. white cop narrative that proved to be completely false.

If anyone, without knowing all the facts, referred to Michael Brown as a Gentle Giant more than Don Lemon, I am unaware of it.
