Three Lowell men charged with human trafficking, sex abuse of teen

LOWELL — Three Lowell men were charged with human trafficking Tuesday after an investigation into the alleged sexual abuse of a teenager, Lowell police said.

Detectives from the Lowell Police Department’s Family Services Bureau arrested Michael A. Feliz, 29, of Lowell on charges of aggravated rape and abuse of a Child under 16 (two counts) and human trafficking. Angel J. Alicea, 24, of Lowell and Michael Alicea, 18, of Lowell, were each charged with rape and abuse of a child under age 16 and sexual conduct for a fee.

Lowell Police Capt. Timothy J. Crowley said in a press release the investigation is ongoing and additional charges and arrests may be possible. The three men will be arraigned in Lowell District Court Wednesday morning.
