Plantscapes Florist & Flower Delivery

I used Plantscapes florist to send my sister an arrangement 2 weeks ago. I don't live in the same state so I relied on online reviews and the websites to decide which florist to use. The bouquet was easy to order and they were delivered promptly. I talked to my sister yesterday and she said not only were they beautiful but they still looked great 2 weeks later!

Plantscapes really came through for me during a difficult time. I needed flowers for a graveside funeral service and Plantscapes had exactly what I wanted and it was delivered early on a Monday morning. A couple of other florists told me they couldn't get a delivery there on time and I was in a panic thinking I wouldn't be able to get the flowers. But Plantscapes said it was no problem and coordinated with the funeral home so I didn't have to worry.

My family and I cannot sing the praises of this florist loud enough! My aunt recently passed away and while in mourning my family needed to make decisions within a short timeframe for the memorial service. Not only were they super responsive and helpful, they went above and beyond - making a special surprise item for my uncle because of a story he told them about my dear aunt. This is a talented, professional and very creative floral group! I worked long distance with them and they couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. The arrangements they created for the event were gorgeous and reflected the look we were trying to accomplish.

My brother and new ( sister in law) were getting married at our parents house over the Thanksgiving weekend. They decided on short notice to do it because the whole family would be their and wouldn't need to make special trips somewhere else ..... anyway ...... they needed flowers on short notice for the wedding. We drove around from florist to florist on Tuesday with no luck of anyone beeing open on the holiday weekend or having anything avalible in stock ,or even able to get an order by the weekend.
We found Plantscapes On yelp and drove there.
The owners were AWESOME!! They placed a last min order for us, and agreed to come in and open for us on th r or day off that Saturday to acomidate us. WOW -True southern hospitality and care for their customers.
The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and truly made the wedding look great.
We thank them so much- and highly recommend them and their flowers to anyone in need of a florist in the area!! Truely wonderful experience!!

Plantscapes Florist did the bouquets and centerpieces at my wedding, and they did an absolutely wonderful job.Everything was gorgeous and incredibly well done. I really couldn't recommend them enough - their prices are extremely reasonable, and you really won't find better staff to answer your questions and accommodate your requests.

Gary really went above and beyond - he made all the arrangements himself, was extremely accommodating to my budget, and even took 45 minutes to an hour of his time to patiently explain each item of the bill and its cost to my mom, who is extremely tight fisted. Not only was she completely satisfied when she left, but she also added several more items to the bill - which I have never seen happen before. Ever.

I recently asked for flowers to be delivered to a friend for her 50th birthday. The flowers they delivered were adequate, but not at all what I had asked for. Knowing that mistakes happen, I called and spoke with the owner who quickly apologized and expressed his desire to immediately correct the mistake. They delivered a new, beautiful arrangement to my friend, which exceeded my expectations. To me, this is what true professionalism and customer service is all about!

Walked in at 9:30 am to see about flowers for my mom's birthday. They gave me the option to pick a pre-made bouquet from the case, or wait an hour for a new custom arrangement.

I picked a beautiful arrangement from the case that was perfect. Got to chatting with the owner (I think he was the owner) and he since he found out I liked to run he recommended the Saunders Monticello Trail, and Carter Mountain. He said since the leaves were off the trees there would be some nice views of the city from up there. Man was he right, I am grateful for his recommendation and his sharing his knowledge of the area with a visitor like me.

Now this little blurb may not have a lot to do with flowers, but it does have to do with business. Really really good business. The flowers were great, yes, but these guys took the time to know their customer and really care. I am glad to give these guys a good review and wish them well and much success.

My mom LOVED the flowers and I had an awesome run / hike and got to see some views I never would have seen otherwise.

Plantscapes Florist created the flower arrangements for my son's rehearsal dinner. The owner, Mr. Bibb, worked with me, made suggestions and created exactly what I wanted. The arrangements were fresh, lush, and beautiful. I wanted fall colored flowers and after discussing my ideas, his idea was, "You want the arrangements to look like the mountains of Virginia in the fall". And that is exactly what he created. I got so many compliments on the arrangements. The owner delivered the flowers to make sure everything was to my liking.
