After 14 years managing and growing strategic multi-million-dollar accounts for corporations, I embarked on my journey to help people find significance and success at work and started Simplicity Consulting in 2006. At first, I was looking for a flexible way to leverage my skills and do high impact work after the birth of my two sons. I quickly discovered my passion for advising professionals who choose to maximize their expertise and transition to consulting and helping companies understand how to leverage on-demand experts to drive impact.

Today, I’m proud of the work our team does every day to help talented experts do the work they love, while helping busy managers at companies like Microsoft, Amazon and Google achieve their goals faster. Simplicity Consulting has been recognized as an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company in America for five consecutive years and one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s largest woman-owned businesses in Washington state. In 2021, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of 24 Seven to support our growth and opportunities for our team, consultants and to serve more clients.
