TUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- It's a quiet Thursday afternoon on the week before the Iron Bowl.

So let's go back to some video we shot at Tuesday's practice when Alabama got back to practice for Western Carolina. Holding two cameras, we shot the Tide receivers catching fade routes in the indoor facility.

First you'll see the full-speed version of each throw, then then how it looks at 240 frames per second. Amari Cooper (9) is first, followed by Cam Sims (7), Derek Kief (scout-team No. 14). Just something fun to occupy your afternoon on a slow Thursday.
