How many people does 2lbs of meat serve?

Rule of Thumb for cooking with a group - each side should be 1/4# per person, the main meat will be 1/2# per person, unless you go over 3 sides, then the main meat is 1/3# per person, especially with apps. BUT always plan out 1/2# and you will be… more

3.5 stars.
It's a bit over priced because it's average.
We found this place while searching for dinner places. It's located in a plaza, next to a bar with pool tables. The plaza offers free parking.
5 stars for the employee who was patient and attentive. He answered our questions and when he didn't have the answers, he went to ask the cook and accommodated us.
The enchiladas were average. I ordered green and they weren't spicy which I loved. My partner ordered the enchiladas with shredded beef and red sauce. They had more spice than mine but still great for those who like red salsa.
My sister ordered the Flautas. She said they were decent. The platter itself looked appetizing.
Overall, it's a great place if you are staying nearby and want Mexican food. Is it authentic? That's for you to try and decide since we all have different tastes.
My sister who cooks Mexican food said it's decent Mexican food. I don't cook, so I enjoyed it. LOL
Also, they have a bathroom, one stall.
They have high chairs for kids and a kids menu. Our baby didn't like her taco and preferred the Flautas. The taco was basic.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Steve Y.Rosemead, CA6193Feb 11, 2024
Definitely not authentic Mexican food. Came here because the 4 star review, but don't understand how they received a 4 star review? Only thing I was able to give them a star for was its cleanliness and service.
We had 3 different burritos (California, carnitas and pastor) and a cheese quesadilla.
Only thing that seemed to pass was the cheese quesadilla and not by much.
If you are used to authentic Mexican, do NOT come here. You will be extremely disappointed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Chung U.San Marcos, CA442Jan 26, 2024
NOT AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD
brought the family here because of the yelp reviews and star but completely wrong. 20 people in the restaurant and the cashier was the one taking orders, cleaning etc .Not one single mexican person eating here,Not a single mexican person in the building at all! Didn't even touch the rice as it looked old! Had to go up to the counter and ask for chips and salsa. This place is a fraud! And so are the yelp reviews!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 3, 2023

It's a casual Mexican restaurant with good food and good service.
They have a variety of dishes that you can choose from. The front of the menu contains mostly plate items. The back of the menu has additional burrito, kid, and drink options.
Camarones Rancheros 5/5 - This dish contains rice, beans, sour cream, a bit of shredded lettuce, and shrimp in tomato, onion, and chili pepper sauce. The sauce has a little kick to it, but not too spicy. They didn't skimp on the shrimp, so there is a good amount to enjoy.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Christian T.Aptos, CA082Mar 9, 2024
Good food, fast service, great cervezas and margaritas. And very nice staff. Great place for a quick bite when your at Anaheim Convention center mid-day or evening. Go get some!

We ordered the carne asada tacos, steak fajitas, and chicken nachos. The tacos were so good, the fajitas had such amazing flavor, the rice & beans cooked perfectly, but the chicken nachos were really basic and not too great compared to the other dishes. We highly recommend this spot. We are very picky with food and don't like trying new places to often but we are so glad we gave this restaurant a chance. We will be back.

They have super yummy Mexican food! Fresh chips and salsa. My shrimp quesadilla with jalapenos tasted amazing. Add their delicious green sauce for a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Red sauce has more heat. I mixed them. Winning! Burrito OMG yes. Their service is good. Sit down and have your order taken or order at the counter. The restroom was clean as well as the restaurant. Wished the TV was on for some ambiance.

I am appalled that this place has four stars, and I have to say that all of you fellow yelpers let me down. This was my first time leaving Disneyland Park for food, and it will certainly be my last. We chose this place because it had four stars on Yelp... and I am starting to think that some of these reviews are fake.
First, I noticed that another table had chips and salsa and noticed some time had gone by without her bringing some to the table. Perhaps it was wrong of me to assume, but all the other tables had some. When I asked if they gave chips and salsa, she rudely said, "No." Another gentleman brought us our drinks, and I asked him. He kindly explained that they only give it to those who order "plates." We had only ordered tacos a la carte since we did not want the rice and beans, but I appreciated at least his being courteous in answering my question. He later brought some, which I greatly appreciate, and it was kind of him.
The one-star review is based on the tacos. The meat was awful, full of fat, and I hate to say it, but it tasted old. We only ate because we were starving, and the idea of having to drive to another location and having to wait more while still trying to make it back to the park was too stressful. The salsa also tasted like it was out of a can.
Sadly, if you are reading this while in the area, do yourself a favor and find another Mexican stop. This place is not it.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 16162189Nov 21, 2023
Ordered off Postmates yesterday and got some carne asada fries and a chicken soup. I did also order a jarritos grapefruit and was given orange but that's not a very big deal. Initial looks, I thought the fries looked delicious but unfortunately they were quite greasy and almost soggy. The soup initially looked really small for 13$ BUT I was proven wrong when it provided 2 bowls full - I think the soup would've been MAGNIFICENT if it was provided in a larger container with a bit more broth. The actual soup portion was great and the flavor was delicious. Either way I gave 4/5 stars because I will happily order the chicken soup again. I was under the weather and it really picked me up. Included in my order was also cilantro, onion, limes, chips, salsa, and tortillas. Great sides!
