Lakewood City Schools                                     Title I Parent Survey 2016-2017
We would like to know what you think about the Title I program services offered to your child. Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey.  The responses will be used to improve the Title I programs in our district and better communicate with parents.  We appreciate your time!
This survey will close Monday, May 29th at 8pm.
