In the three years since the Global Financing Facility (GFF) partnership was founded, it has shifted from providing support to four frontrunner countries to being active in 16 countries and helping a further 11 to develop the investment case that will help lead to the transformation of health and nutrition for women, children and adolescents.

In this annual report we share the results and learning from three country case studies and show a deeper dive into their progress and results: Cameroon, DRC and Tanzania, as well as well an update from Nigeria on its resource mobilization. Additionally, we share the country profiles presenting data on GFF core indicators from the first 16 countries, including country investment case and geographic prioritization, baseline data on health and nutrition outcomes and core intervention coverage data. The data presented often predates the implementation of the investment case and is considered a country baseline from which to improve.
