Slimmer en sneller werken met Kizeo
Onze Franse collega’s van VINCI autoroutes hadden er al goede ervaringen mee: digitale formulieren in de webbased applicatie van Kizeo. Daarom zijn we er in Nederland 2,5 jaar geleden ook mee begonnen. Inmiddels hebben 50 Kizeo-gebruikers de stap van papier naar digitaal gezet. Hoe dat bevalt? We willen nooit meer anders. En onze klanten ook niet!
Met de webbased tool Kizeo kun je digitale formulieren maken, of bestaande papieren formulieren digitaliseren. Je werkt dus met het formulier zoals je dat gewend bent, maar dan digitaal. Met alle voordelen van dien: je kunt het overal ter wereld opvragen, aanpassen en delen. Kizeo werkt op alle smartphones, tablets en op de PC. De belangrijkste winst? Minder papierwerk en meer efficiency.
Hoe dan? Een voorbeeld. Wij zetten Kizeo in voor preventief onderhoud van analysers in de (petro)chemie, hoogspanning en olie- en gasindustrie. Voorheen deed ik inspecties met een A4'tje in de hand, dat ik daarna in de map deed. Maar dan moest ik het nog overtikken, foto’s inscannen et cetera… Da’s dubbel werk – ik was er soms wel een halve dag mee bezig! Bovendien is het foutgevoelig. Want wat als je per ongeluk een formulier kwijtraakt, of als het nat en onleesbaar wordt? Kun je opnieuw beginnen.
Met Kizeo vul je gegevens rechtstreeks in het digitale formulier en staan ze meteen in de Cloud. Daarna kun je er heel gemakkelijk rapportages van maken en die bijvoorbeeld exporteren naar Word of Excel. Bijkomend voordeel: met mijn smartphone kan ik eventuele gebreken meteen fotograferen en doorsturen naar de klant, die realtime rapportages in zijn mailbox krijgt.
De tijd- en kwaliteitswinst is enorm. Zowel voor ons, als voor onze klanten. Daarom zetten we Kizeo nu voor analyser werkzaamheden in. Hiermee kunnen we realtime storingsrapportages uitleveren aan de klant. Zodat wij en onze klanten sneller en beter inzicht krijgen. In een volgende blog vertel ik er meer over!

Working ever smarter with Kizeo
Our French colleagues at VINCI Autoroutes have already had good experiences with the following: digital forms in the Kizeo web-based application. Which is why we started using it in the Netherlands 2.5 years ago. In the meantime, 50 Kizeo users have made the step from paper to digital. What is the verdict? We never want to go back. And neither do our clients!
With the Kizeo web-based tool you can produce digital forms or digitalise existing paper forms. So you will still be working with the form you are used to, but now in a digital form. With all the associated benefits: you can request, amend and share it anywhere in the world. Kizeo works on all smartphones, tablets and PCs. What is the most important gain? Less paperwork and more efficiency.
How? An example. We use Kizeo for preventive maintenance of analysers in the chemical, petrochemical, high-voltage and oil and gas sectors. Previously I carried out inspections with an A4 sheet of paper in my hand which I then put into a folder. But of course I then still had to type it out, scan photographs etc. That was twice the work - it sometimes took me half the day! It is also error-prone. What happens if you lose a form by accident, or if it becomes wet and illegible? Then you will have to start again.
With Kizeo you enter the information directly in the digital form and subsequently the Cloud. After that, preparing reports and exporting them to Word or Excel, for example, is easy. Additional advantage: with my smartphone I can immediately photograph any defects and send these photos to the client who will receive real-time reports in his mailbox.
The time and quality gains are enormous. Both for us and for our clients. This is why we are now using Kizeo for analysis work. It allows us to deliver real-time failure reports to the client. It gives us, and our clients, quicker and better insight. I will give more details on this in a next blog!
